Paul Gavejian is the Managing Director of Total Compensation Solutions, LLC and has extensive experience in all aspects of compensation consulting. Over a period of 20 plus years, Paul has developed a solid base of knowledge on issues ranging from Executive Compensation to broad-based total compensation planning. Paul has been extensively involved in the development of compensation databases for the book publishing, journal publishing, financial services, healthcare, cable and television broadcasting and not-for-profit industries.
Martha Glantz is a Senior Director of Total Compensation Solutions, LLC and has worked for over 25 years in the field of human resources on both the corporate and consulting side. Martha’s corporate human resources background includes 21 years of managing compensation, employee relations, benefits, recruiting and staffing, and human resources information systems for major corporations. Martha’s consulting experience includes broad-based employee as well as executive pay programs; designing, communicating, and implementing compensation programs that support business objectives; audits and updates of existing programs; and new program development for organizations in all stages of the business cycle. Martha also has done performance management, work life assessments, diversity program development, and organization assessment projects.
Matt Leach is a Consultant of Total Compensation Solutions, LLC. He has worked with compensation and benefits consulting firms since 1995 in a variety of client project areas. Matt has worked on a wide variety of compensation surveys for various industries, including book publishing, professional services, financial services and not-for-profit organizations. Matt has managed projects including the not-for-profit compensation survey, the mutual fund survey and analysis of board of directors’ pay.
Tom Bailey is the Finance & Marketing Director and a Consultant in the Armonk office of Total Compensation Solutions. He is also the Project Manager for the proprietary surveys conducted by TCS as well as marketing of TCS services. He has extensive experience in all aspects of finance and accounting related to management of professional services organizations.
Tom has worked on a variety of compensation surveys for various industries, including the financial services and not-for-profit industries. He has managed the not-for-profit compensation and Board of Director Compensation and Governance survey projects. His assignments include the following: market pricing; conducting proxy analyses, developing surveys, and researching compensation information.
Prior to joining Total Compensation Solutions, Tom worked in the music industry for 15 years as a Finance Director for AGF Entertainment, Ultrastar Entertainment and Cooking Vinyl USA. Tom has also been involved in professional artist management, running an independent record label and creating a worldwide fulfillment network.
Janet Greeenfield joined Total Compensation Solutions as a compensation analyst in May 2010.
Janet has an MBA from New York University and a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Barnard College. She worked at Shearson Lehman Brothers and American Savings Bank.
Janet has also done extensive volunteer work in the White Plains, NY area.
Andrew de Lannoy is the Strategic Partner with more than 25 years of experience in business performance management and revenue growth consulting as well as sales management and strategy consulting. Mr. de Lannoy has led projects encompassing: (a) strategy formulation, deployment and implementation, (b) sales performance management, compensation and rewards, and territory goal setting, and (c) corporate governance, enterprise risk management, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and (d) development of informational decision support dashboards for large, complex change initiatives.
